A Modern Day Mystery School for Ancient Future Mystics Transforming the World with Love!

Monthly Archives: June2015

hi archyive

After an absence of roughly 2000 years the Star of Bethlehem may soon be making a return to our night skies on June 30, 2015 — to be more specific Venus and Jupiter will be making their tightest highly visible conjunction in nearly two millennia.

June 21st, 2015 – Donny and Heather greeted the Summer Solstice Sunrise atop Haleakela Summit (10,000 feet) Maui, Hawaii 5:40 am Sunday, June 21st, 2015!

SUNRISE was at 5:50 am and SOLSTICE was at 6:38 AM

June 21st, 2015 – Sunrise – Blessed Solstice Weekend! We’re in the 7 sacred days of solstice! A powerful time for transformation! The Ancients knew this and built temples and created ceremonies to align with the energies!  Sunday at Sunrise we will be at the top of Haleakela to stand in solidarity with 10,000 people worldwide — the Aloha Aina Warriors of Hawaii Nei (each island will be participating), the Native American Tribes on the mainland and the Maori in New Zealand — for the Solstice Pule Vigil in honor of the sacred mountains Haleakela and Mauna a Wakea.

Maui organizer Trinette Furtado said “We stand for Haleakalā and speak for the continued desecration by UHIfA and the fakestate of Hawai’i!  We stand for pono and in solidarity for those atop Mauna a Wākea! We stand for Ho’opili, for Ha’ena, for Pohakuloa, for Moloka’i and for all our wahi pana and wahi Kapu that are continually overlooked or raped by the forces illegally occupying Hawai’i. We stand for Hawai’i and press for its sovereignty!

SUNRISE is at 5:50 am and SOLSTICE is at 6:38 AM on Sunday Morning!

It is very auspicious that they are so close together!

If you are in need of a ride from Kahului/Wailuku area, please post your need on the Solstice Sunrise at the Summit event page on Facebook.  The organizers are asking participants to bring your signs, wear your shirts and/or kihei and share your aloha as we honor Haleakalā and Mauna a Wākea. Please SHARE with your ‘ohana, hoaaloha and networks!

In preparation for this Lāpule (Sunday) Furtado has shared these general oli pa’a (chants) for participants to have and learn:

Once upon a time ... there was a great-1

This Gemini lunar cycle is offering us an opportunity to expand our awareness and communication skills and embrace diversity! We are reminded that this calls for flexibility, adaptability and a willingness to be curious and inquisitive about other peoples points of view and experiences so that we can move forward in a positive way. Non violent communication teaches us to look for the underlying feelings and unmet needs in charged situations! And then see of you can relate to those needs yourself in some way shape or form.

New Moon Gemini

Utilize this New Moon in Gemini Energy to expand awareness and recognize that there is a unifying factor that connects opposites! There is unity in diversity! We are all interrelated and interconnected! What we do to another we do to ourselves!

Feeling Stuck In any Area of your Life_-1

Feeling stuck? Maybe it’s time for an Access Bars session! There are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head that connect to different aspects of your life. They store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. For example, every thought you have ever had about money that you considered important, the energy of that thought is stored in the Bar called “money.” Each thought, idea, attitude, decision or belief that you have fixed in place solidifies the energy and limits your capacity to change anything in that area. You can change the energy, you can change how that part of your life shows up just by having your Bars touched! When you do, something different can show up in your life with ease. At worst you might feel like you had a great massage. At best your whole life can change into something greater with total ease. Citrus Blend

Application:  1 drop was added to a 1 oz spray bottle and spritzed in the area of the lower belly/chakras.

For the 1st and 2nd chakras we spritzed Citrus Blend.  It’s an invigorating blend that merges Wild Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit, Mandarin, Bergamont, Tangerine, and Clementine essential oils with a hint of vanilla.  It also cleanses and purifies the air.  Helps to reduce stress and tension.  Positively affects mood with energizing and refreshing properties.

Application:  1 drop was added to a 1 oz spray bottle and applied to the forehead and crown area.

Lavender helps to open both the 6th and 7th chakras.  It promotes consciousness, health, love, peace and a general sense of well being.

Application:  At the very end of the class we placed 1 – 2 drops in hands of participants they then rubbed them together and inhaled the essence cupping the nose.  Then rubbed on feet.

Taro Burgers & Fritters

Heather’s Gourmet Taro Burger & Fritters w/ Pesto Sauce Recipe

So, we were gifted with these four beautiful Taro Roots and I went to town creating this gourmet vegan gluten free super food recipe! Mind you, this made enough for over 20 people so I’ll be taking some to our Farmers Union Artists Committee Meeting on Sunday!

The Taro in Hawai’i Nei is considered a “canoe plant’ that was brought to the islands by the Polynesians in their canoes many years ago!   It is also known as Kalo is believed to have the greatest life force of all foods.  From early times, kalo was the primary food of the Hawai`i people, supplemented by other principal and traditional foods: breadfruit (`ulu), sweet potato (`uala), yams, greens, ferns, fruit, fish and seaweed (limu).

Traditionally Hawaiian’s mash it up into what is called poi!  This recipe is not at all traditional Hawaiian!  But Taro is also found in the West Indies where my family was from, so you are getting a bit of a gourmet world cuisine recipe here!  Enjoy!

All of the produce was local, I’ve “*” what’s not!

boc choy
Pulp from juiced veggies
Pulp from Almond Milk*
Purple Sunrise – Organic Ancient Grains (Quinoa, Amaranth, Chia)*
Organic Seeds (Millet, Flax)*
Olive & Coconut Oil*

1. Skin and cube taro and boil for an hour then mash it up! Leave some chunks! This is now called “poi”. I didn’t have a masher so I used the back of a ladle! Great work out! DO NOT put it in your vitamix I almost killed mine! :-0

2. Cook quinoa

3. Dice and saute veggies in olive or coconut oil

4. Slowly incorporate sauteed veggies into the poi mixture.

5. Then add the cooked quinoa

6. Add salt to taste. Can also add chili powder.

7. To make the mixture less gooey I then added pulp that I had in the freezer that was made from vegetables that had been juiced and some almond meal pulp. This stiffened it up a bit. I also found that adding ground flax meal to the patties as I was creating them was a good idea to dry them out a bit!

8. You can then turn these into patties and pan fry in olive or coconut oil or bake.

9. To make the fritters, which added a really great crust I rolled the patties in Purple Sunrise Breakfast cereal which is a powdered whole grain super food mixture. Then I pan fried them. This gave them an amazing crispy texture reminiscent of Southern Corn Fritters! Which got me to thinking that it would have also been amazing to add organic corn kernels and jalapenos to the recipe!

June 8th, 2015 — Happy Birthday to the Late Lady Loreon Vigne!  Heather had the great honor of baking her this triple chocolate vegan gluten free cake on her 80th birthday in 2012 at the Temple of Isis in Northern California! Arch Priestess of the Temple she lived quite the extraordinary life as self made woman of wealth she created through her art and textiles business in San Francisco! She heard the call of Isis when papyrus spontaneously began to grow at her 22 Isis Street home! She went on to create the incredible 7 acre Temple of Isis at Isis oasis in Gyserville, California and created the legal arm of the Fellowship of Isis (the 40k + member organization that was started by the late Lady Olivia and her brother in Ireland in the ’70s) through which over 500 priest & priestess have been ordained! The @blackswantemple is an official ‘Iseum’ (ministry) of the Temple and Lady Loreon continues to inspire our work! She lives forever in our hearts! Such an amazing role model and beloved patron and supporter of our work! We Love and miss you Lady Loreon! Thanks for watching over us!!!
