โจ๐๐๐๐It's ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ (๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ผ๐๐๐) season on our farm!

Originating in South America, it was named by early European colonizers for its resemblance to a pine cone
Pineapple and its compounds are linked to several health benefits, including improvements in digestion, immunity, and recovery from surgery.
Pineapples are packed with nutrients, antioxidants, and other helpful compounds, such as enzymes (bromalain) that can protect against inflammation and disease.
Out of them we make juices, fermented juices, jams, chutney, mead, scrubs and of course we love share fresh cut for breakfast and pineapple lemonade or tepache for lunch with our retreat guests!
We take the tops of the pineapples we use and replant them. It takes about 18 months for one to grow.
We're not the only ones who love our pineapples, wild boars have found us so we spent last weekend installing 250 of fencing and patching up spots along our existing fence line.
Hopefully that will keep them out!
We love pineapples!
